Japanese milky madeleines

Sunshine on a lazy sunday with some japanese milky madeleines and a cup of coffee. A soft, light and melt in your mouth butter cake that make a perfect snack for light breakfast or afternoon tea. You will find it is rather similar to the local kuih bahulu. But it is much lighter, low in sugar and the vanilla beans really give a wonderful flavor and aroma in every munch. Get the coffee ready!! I am ready to dip in! :) Yums!
