Light Dessert, Wild Berries Vanilla Cake

This japanese sponge cake texture is extremely soft and crumbly. Light vanilla cream and chunk of fresh strawberries are sandwiched between two layers of sponge cake. The top of cake is spread with more berries. Simple and elegant.
