Golf Theme Designer Cake

Looking for something awesome for your loving father or father-in-law(FIL)? This was a special request by a friend, who’s FIL is a regular golfer and to celebrate his great 70th Birthday. We have come out with the golfing concept cake. The golfer gentleman is made of gum paste while the golf cart and the trees which are approximately 3” inch height are made with rice crispy treats and sugar paste. Eventually we added the brown frame to create a distinct contrast of the light green background. Below that is a chocolate cake filled with sumptuous homemade strawberry jam and layer of vanilla buttercream. Nothing too fancy but something simple and neat in design.
