Hello Kitty 2D Cake
Our latest creation: Hello Kitty 2D cake, a moist chocolate sponge with dark chocolate ganache filling and covered with a layer of edible icing. It was a freehand to design this cake for my clients’ 3 year-old daughter, Allison. In spite of the 2D Hello Kitty cake request, i wanted to give something unique and different from my previous design. After some design and drafting, I’ve decided to make a ‘My Diary’ Hello Kitty Cake for her. In general, Hello Kitty is pretty plain in terms of color selection come mainly in white and pink. Hence I’ve added some daisy pattern gum paste to give that feminine look and a touch of teddy bear by the side. Thankfully yes, mum is happy and they love it very much indeed.
