World Map Cake

This cake is for a little boy who has a great interest in the world map and I was impressed that he can recognized all the countries at his age and stick in all the flags correctly. Beneath that world map is a moist chocolate cake coated with swiss meringue buttercream. The mild bitterness of the chocolate cake balance the sweetness of the buttercream, which is suitable for a not so sweet tooth person.
