Man-U designer cake

Man-U designer cake for a 13-yo old boy who is a huge fan of the club. It’s a chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate mousse, coated with a layer of vanilla butter cream and finish off with a layer of chocolate ganache. All the decoration pieces are hand made with premium chocolate quality. It’s not an easy process due to the tropical weather here, but I have to say that if you are a real chocolate lover, nothing’s going to stop you from enjoying one!
